disable alt f4?

in a normal eq install i believe it is impossible to exit the game with alt f4, and i think even in wineq on the login screens alt f4 will not work but in game it certainly does work because i always manage to hit it when juggling around targetting and casting spells.

any way to disable it? searched the forums and looked for a setting and couldnt find it, maybe im just blind
