WinEQ2 - Taskbar Question

[Patch]

I appologize if I am missing something here. As you can see I like my chat window at the very bottom of my gaming screen in EQ1. But the text input of the bar is being covered by the taskbar.

I was wondering is there a setting I am missing that would allow the game to cover that and yet still let me minumize the window of the game as normal --simply put just loose the taskbar.

Autohiding the taskbar doesn't solve this because when my mouse reaches the bottom of the screen it pops up of course.
