Can't select a character when opening 2nd account

I can pull up the first account and when the character selection screen pops up, I can choose from my 8 toons. When I open the 2nd account up and get to the charater selection screen, I have no options to select a character. I then have to shut it down.

This is on Everquest 1.

Please advise on how to fix, thanks !

The problem on your 2nd account is that the in-game resolution is apparently 640x480 or so. Log all the way into the game -- hit enter where you would select a character and it will log you in. Then hit Alt+O, click the Display tab, and click Video Modes. Select one larger than 640x480 and click Apply. Camp out, and you should be fine
