Wineq 2.0 trouble

I recently reformatted my comp and reinstalled eq. When i go to reinstall wineq 2.0, none of the links work, it only brings me to this screen

but doesnt let me download anything, nor do any DLing links i click to try to get to the download work.
I am trying to dl from an already existing lavish account that i have had for about 6 months now. Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

I am having this exact same problem. I even tried registering a new account and keep getting this message :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mail() in /home/www/lax/public_html/account/register.php on line 178

A little explanation in english would be nice. I think maybe the site is having problems.

We moved the site to a new location on new hardware last night. I've been ironing out the kinks, they should pretty much be worked out now
