Could not initialize sessiom management system.......

Thought I would take a look at 2.0. Downloaded from the link for the newest, when I start it I get the could not initialize session management system message and have no access to the program. Have to kill it with ctrl-alt-del and end, running winme 512mb ram ATI 9200 PCI with 128mb ram
