- Lots of work done on preferences system, and it is now enabled.  Some preferences are still
  not entered in this new system that are in the ini file &#40;WinEQ-EQ.ini&#41;.
- Fixed bug where EQ path and a couple other settings were not being kept, which stopped
  several people from being able to use WinEQ 2.0 B1 at all.

Updated the text file as well. If you had installed Beta 1 you can simply restart the tray program and it will update itself. Usage of Beta 1 has also been disabled.
