Update WinEQ yourself for test server?

I understand that the test server patches alot thus making WinEQ updates for it is a pain. Is there a way that we could update it ourselves or is that a "No, no! bad Jimbo" subject? :)

And if we could......how? (my pooter kungfu not strong)

Dangit , I mean EQplaynice!!!!!. Havent taken my meds today, brains moving in all directions at 90 miles an hour.....
