Windows 7 and EQ1 PiP

Post by jcarmony » Sat Oct 19, 2013 7:06 pm

I use Windows 7, and use WinEQ for EQ1.

I just upgrade to WinEQ pro for the PiP options, however I cannot seem to get it to work at all. PiP is enabled in main menu, as well as both profiles.

Also cannot change screen size at all (unless done through EQ's display options). And before I upgraded when I switched to EQ windows the taskbar went away giving me a 'true' fullscreen. Now, it stays on top of EQ main screen (not really a problem, just annoying)

below is my system file

Update to my problem:

After I couldn't get PiP to work correctly I started up all 3 of my toons (previously was just trying 2) and it started working on the last 2 toons I loaded up. On the 1 I first loaded it did nothing at all. So I started from scratch, rebooted, double checked settings. It appears to work now on 1st 2 toons I load up, the third one doesn't seem to work. If I close one of the working ones *sometimes* the 3rd one kicks in. Does WinEQ only use 2 maximum PiP's? I'm fairly sure previously when I first loaded WinEQ on my XP machine I got all 3 PiP's going .. /shrug

WinEQ 2's PIP feature only actually shows the previously-active window in the PIP area

If you want more than that, try ISBoxer which has a wider range of Window Layout and Video FX features, and is covered by your subscription
