SWTOR with WinEQ?

Is it possible to run the game with just WinEQ or do I have to run it through ISBoxer?

WinEQ 2 only supports: DAoC,EQ1, EQ2, WoW, and Starcraft 1. No new games will work with WinEQ 2.

The only way to launch multiple instances of SWTOR on one PC is with ISBoxer. (Or with individual OS installs on separate Virtual Machines, but that's hardly the same thing)
