I just downloaded the Pro 2.0 on my Windows 7 (64 bit) machine. When I right click on the icon in the system tray, I do not get any of the game menu selections. In other words, the list goes directly from "About WinEQ 2.0" to "Options -->".
Anyone have ideas on what I should try?

You need to make sure WinEQ 2 patches. I am going to assume you didn't mention the part about an error when you launch it. 
When you launch WinEQ 2, you want to select Run as Administrator (right click the WinEQ 2 icon on your desktop and select Run As Administrator from the menu). You only need to do this when you first install, and then when there's an update.
