Authentication failed (-14)

I'm not able to use WinEQ this morning, due to an authentication error (code: -14). Anywhere I can find out what this means ?

All was fine last night, and nothing has changed since then, so I'm at a loss. Login/Password details are definitely correct and my subscription doesn't run out until next year.

It means you got disconnected from our server and it gave up re-trying. You may have poor connection quality at the time, etc. Simply try again and it should work fine (this type of problem typically goes away after a short time, but it may be a problem on your local network) -- it is not a problem with your account.
