Global hotkeys register a Windows hotkey. If the hotkey you pick doesn't work, you may need to add a modifier key (e.g. Control, Alt, Shift), and some keys are reserved by Windows (F12 I believe cannot be used, for example). When you press the key combination for a given session, the window will become the active window.

By default, the hotkeys are CTRL+ALT+1 through CTRL+ALT+9, for sessions 1 through 9.
