Problem with DAOC Win EQ2 doesn't work

i've buy a license and the program doesn't work.
i only need to lunch 4 session on DAOC in Tiling mode.

i'm the only one with this problem?
Anyone can tell me the right way to use the program?
i've payed for 1 years and i'm not so happy if the program doesn't work.

DAOC has some limits on how many sessions can be run per computer, I believe the limit is 2. It is not something WinEQ can bypass at this time.
