Ok, i have a quad core computer and I 6 box every day. Before the new EQ Affinity was introduced I had no problems. Now, every 10s Im getting a horrible studder. I opened my task manager and saw that my 6 instances of EQ were being shuffled around as expected, but ever 10s or so, I had 4 EQ instances on 1 CPU and it lasts 5s before switching things to approximately normal. That is the exact moment of the studder-when I have 4 eq instances on 1 CPU.
Now, Ive tried turning off WinEQ2Pro's affinity, and the problem is WORSE...my task manager shows that EQ Affinity has 4 eq instances on 1 CPU and 2 on another. It rotates them but I always have 4 on one and 2 on another. Its crazy so I have to turn on WinEQ2Pro's affinity and it helps shuffle the EQ instances around.
Anyone able to tell me how to turn OFF EQ1 CPU affinity?
If not, is there a way to force the EQ1 instances onto 1 CPU? Ive tried via the task manager and it will not allow me to do it.
Finally, is it possible for WinEQ2Pro to be modified to override the EQ1 affinity or shuffle around better and prevent more than 2 instances being on the same core at once?
The new EQ1 affinity is nowhere near as good as WinEQ2Pro's and I just want EQ1 to work as it did before they implemented it.
Thanks for any help.
Ron

Bump - here is my discussion with eq tech support (below) if it helps anyone with assisting me with the problem. I may be one of the few people with a quad core who box 6 accounts, but I really need help with this issue.
I was hoping that there might be either feedback or maybe hopes that wineq2pro could be modified to override the eq affintiy program? Or maybe modified to prevent more than 3 accounts put onto 1 cpu core?
Any feedback would be helpful, even if its just an adknowledgement that the problem is being looked into. I know this is not a WinEQ2Pro issue, but any help from you guys would be so appreciated.
