Does WinEQ 2.14 work with TBS patch for Everquest now - seen EQplayNice error messages - problems with WinEQ windows staying minimized - game crashing so I have stopped using the program.

EQPN is usually updated within hours of the eqgame.exe being posted and was with the last round of patches as well.
Regarding the crashing and other issues, I know of several people who have had no issues using EQ with the latest expansion with WinEQ. I would be more inclined to believe there may be something else with your computer, it may help if you posted a sysinfo.txt to see if there are any obvious issues.
