optimum performance

Is there a list of things to do to get optimum performance? I can sometimes run up to 4 accounts at one time, but not always. This box is dedicated to only EQ so are there settings I can use to minimize the RAM usage per session so I can run as many as possible?

Note that the data in the table is a couple expansions old, but still relevant. The exact memory usage of the game is a bit higher now.
