everquest 1280 X 1024

I just Resubcriped for WinEQ2.0 and I run my EQ in 1280X1024
I am having trouble getting WinEQ to go there
what I am doing wrong there is a space at the bottom of the
Screen and anyone help me here please, and maybe tell me how to fix this

Also When I try to resize the window by dragging it, still does not work right
the Window only moves to the right moving off the Monitor
and still has the Space at the bottom I really like using WinEQ2.0
I would love to continuing use it if I can get it to work right
