bottom half of screen black. on 2nd/3rd windows

Hey there I'm trying to fix my friends PC for him while he's away. He baught windows EQ 2.14 and he has a 2* Geforce 214 MB or 124 MB and his desktop is at 1280*1204, I've been trying too alter the appearence of the desktop for windows eq or default window to work for 2boxing/3boxing. But it doesnt seem to work. Everytime I log in to windows eq on the second window the bottom half of the screen is black and you are unable too play. Can anybody help us please ?

You probably need to update drivers. Log into the game and while you're having the problem you're describing, right click the game window's title bar and select "Get System Info". This will open some diagnostic information in notepad. Paste the results here.
