EQ window sizing

Post by jakevsnake » Sun Aug 06, 2006 6:44 pm

My EQ window on my main monitor has the right edge showing on my secondary monitor. I think this is causing some fps issues and if I try to drag it so it only fills my main monitor the text in EQ becomes blurry. The only thing I can do then to correct the blurry text is to close EQ and restart it. I dont see an option to allow me to adjust the size of my window to prevent this, am I missing something?

Resizing by dragging is always going to cause some distortion, because EQ does not automatically adjust its resolution to the viewable size of the window (whereas EQ2 and World of Warcraft do, for example). What you actually want to do is shift the window slightly to the left so that no part of the actual game display appears on the other monitor (but the window border itself is fine). You can hit shift+alt+r to have WinEQ automatically move the window, or use any of the other methods for positioning the window.
