Post by JaimeMori2000 » Thu Oct 06, 2005 6:46 pm

Ok i just subscribed/downloaded EQwindows i've set the path to my EQ folder but when i tryed loading EQ i get the following error: Please run EverQuest.exe i asume EQwindow is trying to run EQgame.exe how do i edit eqwindow so that it will use everquest.exe instead of eqgame.exe i thought of trying to just rename the EverQuest.exe into EQgame.exe and deleting EQgame.exe but heh i would rather get support ;)
plus i think EverQuest.exe is the patcher lol anywho:

It's a really tricky process that involves opening the WinEQ 2.0 Preferences window, clicking EverQuest, then under Profiles, click the "Main" profile, and where it says patching, set that to ON, and click ok :)
