There's two ways to do it, one is easier if you like to click and drag, and one is easier if you like to crunch numbers
1. Enabling PIP Lock will prevent the picture window from moving when you click it. This means you can drag it around and resize it. To do so, hit CTRL+ALT+O to enable PIP Lock, then Scroll Lock to release the mouse, and you can drag that window around. However, in order to move it, the window must have a border, or you're just going to be simply clicking on the window with nothing to drag. So, make sure to enable "PIP Border" in your profile before trying this, and then you can turn it off again after you're done.
2. Alternatively, you can just set the PIP X and PIP Y positions in your profile. By default it is 20,20 which is basically in the upper left corner of your screen. The first number is left/right, and the second number is up/down. The higher the numbers, the more the window will move to the lower right.
