how to move window up?

I run wineq 2.0 and when it loads up everquest it has the whole window shifted more downwards a little bit, so I can see most of the window titlebar at the top. i'd like to move it up so I dont have to see the titlebar and can see the bottom of the screen, but whenever i try to use the mouse pointer up there it just brings me back into the game. I used to be able to do that with wineq 1.x but am not sure how to do it now

Very odd indeed. You should be able to move it by dragging the title bar. However, you also have other options. You can hit shift+alt+r to move the window so that the title bar is not showing at all. You can also change the X/Y position settings for the "Normal" preset, or make a new preset
