Resolution Wrong

I'm trying to use WinEQ 2.0 for Everquest. I have made 2 profiles for my 2 accounts and changed the resolution in the optionseditor.exe in everquest to 800x600 but when I use WinEQ 2.0 the resolution stays at 640x480 and I can't see part of the screen. The resolution works fine when I run EQ without using WinEQ profiles. How do I configure WinEQ to run in the correct resolution. The profiles are set to use the full-screen preset too. Thanks.

Instead of changing the resolution in the options editor, do it in the game. Alt+O, display tab, video modes
