Unable to enter Omens of War zones in WinEQ 2.03

When running EQ under WinEQ, I hail the Priest of Discord and give him the proper dialogue. The in-game animation for the portal to Discord then proceeds to load, and completes successfully. HOWEVER, I never zone. After the animation, I am still standing in the Plane of Knowledge. Only when I run EQ the "regular" way, without WinEQ, do I zone into Dranik's Scar, after the completion of the portal animation. Why is this ???

Your guess is as good as mine, most people are able to zone into omens of war zones just fine with WinEQ. Post your SysInfo.txt and I may be able to come up with a guess for you.
