Trouble with heavy lag and Complete CPU usage...

No change

with it enabled and disabled framerate still drops to 3/40 on both sessions

Errr well, that basically undoes any changes I made for WoW. It also runs full speed on my machine with two running, so I cant be sure of what's going on for you.

Have you tried shutting down extra programs, scanning for spyware, etc?

Lax,

I thought things were better yesterday morning when I patched WinEq but now it is as bad as ever

Before, I could pull out of the lag eventually. But now it won't go away. I am really out of ideas I used the CPU mask with it on. Should I turn it off?

ive now turned every thing off ie anti spy firewall, and virus scanner and that has had no effect at all am at a loss what to do next

Yes, try turning it off. It has been on by default for about 2 weeks now

Ive now tried unistalling Anti virus Firewall and spyware programs and still no joy at the moment its impossible to play WoW EQ1 and EQ2.

When i say all was fine up till the patch ! i didnt mean WINEQ patch i ment the WoW Patch but i cant explain why EQ1 and EQ2 dont work anymore either.

Any ideas greatly Accepted

i know it isnt my computer that is the problem now

woohoo was about to smash it to bits !!!

i tryed multi sessions on 4 differant computers ! all had the same effect !one session is no problem but when the second is loaded frame rate drops to 3/40.

strange thing is if i minimise both sessions then restore one the frame rate returns to 39/40

dont know what means but am sure its very strange

Nope. I ran out of ideas last week when I changed everything that could degrade your performance. I also only have your sysinfo.txt for WoW, so if you are also having problems with EQ1 and EQ2, I would need those separate. Also, you should try updating your drivers. Just from what I can see from sysinfo.txt, your NVIDIA driver is out of date. There's no way for me to check your other drivers

I'm going to be patching today, but if it doesnt solve your problem, I dont know what will -- things perform spectacularly here so I can only assume it is a problem with your system (I would expect tons more posts from other people otherwise)

Have you guys (using eq) tried disabling the eqplaynice part of wineq? I just used a fileaccess program and wineq is accessing (query/read/unlock/close/open/lock) c:\program files\wineq2\playnice.ini over 140 times a second.

Every 10 frames it uses _fstat() to see if eqplaynice.ini changed, and if it has, it re-loads it.

140 times a second? You're counting each individual operation on the file? Why? The operations are all in memory after the first one, and assuming you're not trying to get 200fps this isnt exactly going to slow it down or use the CPU noticeably like theyre talking about ....

i Reinstalled WoW and EQ and still have the same problem

i use the latest Nvidia Drivers but still no better ! i tried using WinEQ on 4 differant computers and i still got the same result ! am Totaly stumped to know what to do next

Just asking what are your setting in Innerspacew i have this same with onnerspace in WoW .

And have no AV no spyware , took my PC down to 18 cpu pro ,

LOg on one session im fine log on two frame rate like yours did in WINEQ with IS ,

One session is fine.

AND My PC are real nice. so i no its not me , and I not trying to prove or fight with anyone ,

Just trynig to find out a way use it with two accunts on one for now ,

Till i figure out how to uplink NW.

Samething with WinEQ in wow AND EQ works ok in IS or WinEQ.

I did try looking at first or I wouldn't be looking agian.

Is there anyway I do run two acounts in IS with out major frame rate lose . IF not say no if so yes and please tell me how.

for three days before I made the very first on this in IS forums , I did try to help my self and searched and searched with no luck , so I came here looking.

Tried other program on top of trying things I found on internet , It's not like I'm not trying first .
