Unable to execute...

Unable to execute C:\Program files\everquest\eqgame.exe. Please correct the path.

Its there. Ideas on how to correct the path? Or a link to a thread. I thried search, but maybe using the wrong words.

Basically it's saying that it either could not read or execute C:\Program files\everquest\eqgame.exe. This should only happen if eqgame.exe is not at that location, but a handful of people have reported that it wont execute eqgame.exe for them but will run the patcher just fine and work after that. So you might just try re-enabling the patcher. Otherwise, make sure it's in the right place. I assume you have a shortcut to EverQuest on your desktop or in the start menu; you can move your mouse over that icon to see a tooltip showing its location. If that says "C:\Program files\everquest" (capitalization does not count) then there's something wrong with your system (I'm not sure what) and you may just have to live with the patcher for the time being

Thank you very much. The location was program files\sony\everquest.
I moved it out of the sony folder and it works fine.

im getting an error cannot find d3d9.dll for an error message when i try to start it up from the eqgame.exe .
