Computer Rebooting in EQ1

I am experiencing random computer reboots when running WinEQ 2.0 and 2 sessions of EQ1. I have vertex shaders on in both sessions. Here are both sessions sysinfo. I was able to run 2 windowed EQ1's previously, before I started using WinEQ 2.0. Its not a memory usage problem, because I still have 35 - 40% of my memory unused when the crashes occur.

I updated my video drivers to latest from Nvidia. Was using older drivers because of the whiteface issue with EQ and didnt know that had been resolved with the newer drivers. Ran EQ1 and WinEQ2 for a few hours last night with no problems. Maybe it was the video drivers or some other small change I made in the BIOS. Seems to be working OK.
