Whenever i try to tile 2 sessions. It always acts up. The 2nd session seems to function normally. But whater the first window is, it tiles it to the upper right corner of myu moniter...and then tiles it again within that corner to put it inthe upper right corner of that tile. Makeing it extremely small and i am unable to use it at all.
I've tried deleteing WinEQ and reinstalling it. same problems

I just double checked and it seems to be functioning normally. I have a few things:
1) Make sure World of Warcraft itself is set to windowed mode (on all sessions). If it is in full screen mode, you will have issues. You can do so in game in the video options window.
2) Are you using AUTO tiling, or assigning specific tiles?
Auto tiling is probably the way to go. First, enable auto tiling in the main program by right clicking, going under Options, and clicking Automatic Tiling. Then, each session that you want tiled has to have it enabled too. You can either set tiling to Auto in the profile itself, OR right click on the game's title bar, and under the Tiling menu, select Auto.
