I created shortcuts for Frozen Throne and regular Warcraft III, but am unable to start either game using the shortcuts. The WinEQ2 menu items work fine, but no incarnation of the shortcuts (for WC3 only) will work.
Seems like it might be an issue with the WC3 module only? Any insight?

The only known issue with WC3 is that it requires Windows XP SP2, and any other windows updates. With a clean windows install with no service packs, I've consistently been unable to launch WC3 through WinEQ.
You can also try launching it with Inner Space instead of WinEQ, but that will also require XP SP2
