Resolution in EQ with only one window.

Hey guys,

I just got WinEQ Pro and love it. I have one problem though and I have combed these boards and the manual for a solution without an answer. I have my monitor set at 1024x786. When I run EQ without out WinEQ, screen in EQ reflects 1024x786 size, basically it looks correct. However, when I run EQ inside of WinEQ, I am forced to use what looks like 800x600 settings. I tried the Alt+O and have set the screen site on every setting and basically no change. I am only running one instance of EQ.

Hi there. The screen resolutions in the list when you do Alt+O, Display, Video Modes are in fact what you want. When you select a new resolution and hit Apply (or is it only an OK button? I'm not looking at it at this moment), it should change immediately. You should have no problems selecting 1024x768 from the list and using that, WinEQ is simply defaulting to 800x600 because it couldn't figure out your old setting. Give it another try, and make sure you're clicking the button that forces EQ to reset the display

You might also want to look at the WinEQ 2 Options -> Preferences -> Everquest -> Window Presets -> Normal (Or whichever Preset you're using) selection and play around with the Scale Factor setting.
