Shift-right click option window woes

Post by Preocts » Tue Jan 11, 2005 9:02 am

First off, no I don't have any data at the moment. On a school box and just spending my 10 minutes free time to look this problem up.

Has anyone else had problems with the shift-rightclick menu in Everquest using WinEQ2? Irratically mine will simply refuse to 'refresh'... the box that windows creates to make the menu just sticks there, on top of all, with no actual menu. Takes rebooting windows to clear this up. It does this or it just randomly 'appears' for its own purpose while releasing the mouse and refuses to go away unless I select Mode->Normal... blah.

Just proding right now, will post some logs and other data once I get home and can pry a few minutes of computer time :P Scanned back a few pages of posts, didn't see anything like this.... I'm behind in the news here, school keeps one busy.

This was a reported issue some time ago with NVIDIA cards, and driver updates were said to solve the problem.

This thread has a few different responses from people with this problem or a similar one at any rate: http://www.lavishsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=842
