Starting Second Profile

I have made the second profile. I have set it to run on the secondary monitor. I cant figure out how to make it run.

Im guessing it should appear below the wineq 2.0 default profile selction?

I just need to know how to start the second profile.

Make sure to name it, so it shows up in the list.
