Duo monitors...questions..

Sorry for all the new questions. Just grabbed a new video card with duo monitor support. Load of first instance of EQ fine, log in fine. First profile set for Primary and second profile for secondary. Load up second profile and it loads on primary. Do I have to Shift-alt-r and move it to the second screen? Will it stay at this setting next time or do I need to do this every time I load up the profiles?
