Eq2 Window modes

I would like to run eq2 in an 800x600 window. In-game I can not set it any lower than 1028x768. If I set the window preset in Wineq to 800x600 it cuts off some eq2's screen and I can't see some of the selection icons. Is there a way to do this?

Make sure EQ2 is set to windowed mode inside the game, then you can freely resize WinEQ and the in-game resolution will be sized to match your window, even if it shows differently in the options. There's an 800x600 preset you can use to go 800x600, but if you try to make your window any smaller things will disappear.
