Log in web site ok, cannot log in program
Well, I reinstalled WinEQ2, and it still says my password is incorrect. Helllooo, I can log in web site with it just fine, WTF? I have been without the use of WinEQ2 for a week now.
I sent you the following e-mail today
I can compensate your account for whatever time you lost due to the problem you are having. My apologies, when I read that thread I saw the final post saying the problem was solved, and thought it was from the original poster. What error message do you get when trying to log into WinEQ? Unless it says invalid username or password, your password is fine. If it does say that, then you may simply need to change your password to get it working again

sorrowgate Problem solved
Thanks, Joe.
I do not fault you at all, as is usual with these matters, it is my 'doh' moment. When WinEQ2 would not log on automatically, I went to a text file to get the password. It was an old one, and not up to date like my Firefox one, or Roboform. I had never updated the file when the browser tools saved the password a few years ago. All this usually works very well, leading me to believe something was corrupted. It was all my fault. Your service is the best of all the programs I have used, so no need to feel bad.
I reinstalled, but have all the .ini's and such, will just try a copyover.
Thanks,
sorrowgate
