Test bed:

Login account through launchpad. Everything normal.
Login via laaunchpad for 2nd account. Normal.
Launch game through WinEQ2, one instance only. Normal.
Launch 2nd instance of WinEQ2, 1st instance game characteristics are messed up.

What I mean, is after logging in 2nd instance, the 1st instance toon can't run forward or backward as normal. He is running like he is on molasses, BUT if I strafe directly right or left, he runs at normal speed. This only happens if I load a 2nd instance of WinEQ2. If I drop the 2nd instance, returns to normal. If I do two instances via launchpad only, everything is also normal.

Any idea?

It would help if you would post a sysinfo.txt from the session that is having a problem, when it is having a problem. You can get this by right clicking on the title bar and selecting 'Generate System Info'. Paste the entire file here.

This may be caused by EQPN not functioning quite yet, which means your processor is under higher load then usual.
