WoW update on bans?

Well I was part of the wave of bans for 2 accounts. But then as most others, I got emails the same night apologizing and given 2 days credit. Has anyone tried using after this or gotten further info regarding safe usage of WinEQ? I have posted on wow forums asking for information but nothing has been answered by Bliz

The fact that they immediately reversed the ban, and gave you 2 days credit, is proof enough for me that it's OK to keep using WinEQ 2. I guarantee people are still using WinEQ 2 with WoW, and no additional WinEQ 2 bans have been reported yet, though there were plenty of people banned for other reasons this week
