off-topic question

This is an off-topic post but I'm not sure where else to ask so I thought I'd try here.

I've been using WinEQ Pro off and on for a couple of years. Recently I became curious about Macroquest, so I go to their website but it wont let me access their forum. It says I am banned! Whats weird is that I've never been to their website before. I'm not even registered there. So how could I be banned?

The only thing I can think of is that they are blocking me based on my IP address. I am in Brazil and maybe they are blocking IP addresses from here for some reason.

In any case, there is no contact information whatsoever on their website, so I have no way of asking anyone at Macroquest if they can help me.

Does anyone here happen to have an email address from someone there? Or if anyone has any other suggestions I'd appreciate it.
