Problems with Vista IE

Good morning, I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing an issue I am currently having with WinEQ2 and Vista IE. When WinEQ is open (launched as administrator or not) IE crashes instantly when I try to open it. If i unload WinEQ then IE loads up fine with no issues. I have no other issues with WinEQ and Vista other then that. Any thoughts or confirmations would be great. Thank you.

Turn off User Account Control in the control panel under User Accounts

If you run into any install problems you may have to turn that back on to complete the install successfully then you can kill it again and resume normally. That is one pain in the arse setting hehe
