After this mornings patch get an error during patching:
_verquest.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
WinEQ worked fine after yesterdays patch.
Any ideas?

Running the patcher manually to download the updated files then relaunching through winEQ works. Was able to login all 3 accounts after doing the manual patch outside of winEQ.

Same issue.
Work around is as stated above patch via everquest.exe from your EQ dir. once patched WinEQ will work again, just end the patcher and launch via WinEQ as normal works with or without patcher enabled. If you have more than one account you have to do this to each of them.

Only way I could get it to work was to goto Options->Preferences->Everquest->Profiles. Click each profile and turn off Patch option then hit apply. I updated all of my accounts using the native EQ.exe but when I tried to run EQ after patching it just kept bombing and trying to submit a report. Turning off the patcher entirely worked like a charm
