Can win eq switch windows like eqw like say you use the ` button to switch windows going down the line to the right?

Just goto Global Preferences. Then Hotkeys.

put ` in "Next WinEQ Session"

(I put in it in "Previous WinEQ Session" as well, but it's not needed)

You can change all others as well.

Yeah, but than it only uses ` for that one window, and it says you cant have 2 of the same profiles.
