ok i did a yrs subscription and it still say inactive

Currently the system is not automated, so I must personally handle your subscription. I am getting to everyone as fast as possible, please be patient until the email shows up in my box

If i get a subcription I have 2 homes right now that I stay at will i have to buy 2 different things or can i just log on my 1 from each place?

You'll be fine with one. As long as it's not being used at the same time in multiple locations in quick succession, you're probably ok
