Like with many of the other fixes it seems to work for some people and not for others or works for a while but then goes back to crashing.
Useless......why lie?

It has been found that deleting all UI files and eqclient.ini will fix the problem for a few hours before crashing again
Spent the morning talking to a tech which basically ended up with the common line of "we do not support multi boxing and the devs are not looking into it"
I would say thats a huge player base to say no too.
