Alternative?

So I used EQwatcher for eq1, fury for eq2, all i wanted was the text to speech thingy, and since i havent found any alternative on the internet and fury is discontinued I?m asking here.. What other options are there to get text to speech in eq2?

Thankful for responses, I kinda got used to have the game tell me /tells and stuff.
