Development Update

Post by Lax » Mon Sep 27, 2004 4:14 pm

We are all hard at work here at Lavish Software getting things ready for Fury alpha and preparing for other future developments.

Fury is coming along nicely and much of its core systems are designed if not functional. We are developing our own UI system for Fury which will be applied to all of our products. For example, our new context menu system will be used in future WinEQ versions to allow you to customize the contents of the context menus, as well as solve the problem with the in-game context menu pausing the game.

Although we hope to have Fury ready for alpha testing this week, it may require more time than we had anticipated. Also if you are waiting to help test Fury alpha, please keep in mind that the early visible feature set will be very limited as we are developing the internal foundation, not focusing on supporting any particular game. With that said, you will not be able to download it and have it parse your damage per second during the initial alpha phase.
