EQPlayNice 1.15 and WinEQ 1.38 Updated, Server Updated

- People new to 1.37 and later should no longer experience the "800x600 problem".  If EQ is not
  running at the resolution you want it to, log into your character, hit ALT+O, click Display tab,
  click Video Modes, and select the resolution you want to play in.
- "Window Creation Failed" message no longer appears for Win98/ME users &#40;the patching progress
  windows properly display&#41;
- Win98/ME users should once again see proper behavior of the WinEQ window &#40;the window should be
  the size of the EQ resolution&#41;
- Fixed remaining patcher issues &#40;-15 error, etc&#41;

EQPlayNice 1.15 was updated to solve the Window Creation Failed and patcher issues as well

The Lavish License Server was temporarily brought down for maintenance tonight for a few seconds, so a few people may have noticed a connection failure during this time.

NOTE: If you were having issues with the patcher, you must re-download for the fixes to get patched in!
