Death in Family -- Limited Customer Support

Sadly, my wife's (Eleven's) grandfather passed away this afternoon. We will be flying on Thursday (26th) to be with her family for a few days, and returning on Tuesday night (31st). Although we will be able to handle some administrative tasks remotely, we will not have the ability to check our e-mail or process "special circumstance" payments until after we return. Payments using the automated system will still be fully available and functional.

If you need to contact us for any reason from the 26th to the 31st, please send a private message on the message boards rather than an e-mail. We will be able to respond to these at least once per day.
