WinEQ v1.19 Released, versions 1.15 and older removed

Changes this version

- Fixed potential vsync issue which could cause lag
- Fixed crashes on startup, most likely
- Added option to disable the low memory warnings when you start EQ.  Be warned that
  depleting your physical RAM causes blue screens on most systems &#40;see 1.15 changelog&#41;,
  and will at the very LEAST cause major lag.  Also, these warnings do not actually 
  stop you from playing.

Versions of WinEQ v1.15 and older have been archived and are not supported (they will report authorization errors if you try to use them). We are preparing for automatic updating.
