The "Multithreaded Window" option, which allows WinEQ 2 to keep the game display updating while loading and zoning, as well as allowing session switching, has been fixed so that it is no longer crashing on dual CPU (or hyperthreaded P4, or dual core) systems. As a result, this feature is now permanently enabled and no longer optional (there is no downside).
This will appear to be new functionality for users who never tried the option, and this change applies to all WinEQ 2 users, lite and pro. Enjoy!
