Just to confirm, I can't map the stick movement in IS? Only stick push?

So, I want a mouse repeater region that broadcasts to instance 4 and 5 from the same area - I can't seem to figure out how to do that...Putting a 4 and a 5 on top of eachother, they bottom one dont get triggerd (is that cause I had block local on it?) - And I can't seem to put 4+5 into a single box.

So, I successfully set up a repeater region for my Grid+Clique to heal my group, but, I just realized that this disables my tank from using the grid (as I use block local clicks) - Is there a way to set up a hotkey to temporarily disable repeater regions?
